Lawyer up and try to work out a provisional work license like JeffBlue said. That's going to be your best bet.

Good luck and drive safe. :)

Some reading info? If and when your lic is suspended I would look into a provisional lic so you can drive to work or back in the event that your state allows that. I don't know if this will help but I tried

P.S.S - this is the part where anyone who does speed and does it enough to have their license and livelyhood threatened don't go whining about it, or try coming up with an illegal scheme to get out of it.

I hope the OP works this out, I just am not convinced he's learned anything from it.

you should have bought a radar detector if you wanted to speed all the time.

With a good enough lawyer you should be able to avoid the suspension. it will cost you a lot though. you should at the very least be able to arrange some sort of provisonal lisence that allows you to only drive to and from work.

since you've met me n all, ask the fella's. : / im the one they make fun of cus i drive slow. Hell if i go above 3k rpm in a week im being naughty.

You should hear the story about the police escort on our way down to ZDayZ... I'll never live that one down. :bowrofl:

Driving Restriction - Placement of a Restriction

here's the info for the state your profile claims you live in.

If you're actually working, and you obtain a different out of state license showing proof of residency outside of your current state, would you plan to file your income taxes in the out of state or just let it ride?

Get a lawyer.

No one on a random internet forum knows anything about anything.

"Off topic" is supposed to be devoted to boobs and nonsense, not legal advice...

Good luck, Speedy.

Your driving record seems to be developing a pattern. If your job depends on your license then your in the wrong type of work. Its like your driving a bus telling the school district "Its only my second DUI"
