So today I get a call from the Ellen Degeneres show, and they said that I received two free tickets! Unfortunately with my shitty job, I'll get fired if I leave to go to the show... so what have you been awarded but weren't allowed.

I once forgot I had an overtime request in and accidentally answered my phone right before I was to leave for Birmingham and a track weekend at Barber Motorsports Park. I was forced to fly to Rome for the weekend instead and lost out on my $450 registration fee. The trip paid me about $3500 though, so it was all good in the end.

My sister asked me for a mac PC as graduation gift, so I placed a huge stock purchase order with the intent of applying the winning proceeds for her mac plus a surprise tablet for her. I got caught in an unrelated argument with bleeping sucky lousy CapitalOne Bank screwing up a wire transaction. By the time I got back, I had lost profits + the equivalent of 4 mac off my order. I not only lost the mac but also some dineros because I had to take call from CapitalOne :icon17:
