9/11 has turned into a media circus.

It's halfway to a hamburger/hotdog holiday now. It isn't about grieving or remembrance, it's about selling us tragedy for money. It's sickening, especially for someone that was directly affected by the event.

but the approach which this fine young american takes is like a lame duck at best.

I agree. I also think we should move on and not make such a spectacle of it. Its one thing to remember our loved ones and what has happened but at this point, we have had a war for 10 years, lost how many more people because of the war, killed the person responsible for what was done and it still continues... Not sure what else people expect at this point...
