If you didn't know this already, the factory warranty is still good whether you buy the car new or used as long as it is within the 3 year and 36k miles limit.

Yeah, I would definitely take my business elsewhere. Any one of those situations would have prompted me to, let alone the combination of them.

Unfortunately, this is common at many dealerships.

I've seen cars get neutral dropped, squeal tires, and fly over speed bumps when in the hands of dealer employees. And they act like it is no big deal.

Find a good independent shop where they treat the cars like their own.

Never will go to an independent shop especially when the car has a warranty. Turnersville is where I am taking my car from now on.

A verbal agreement is not a binding contract. You need to get all deals and agreements in writing. Plus your rate sucked ***.

Um no kidding low credit score and first time new car buyer will do that to you.

The dealership I work for gives a form called a "We Owe" to the customer. The sales manager and the customer have to sign it. Any thing that is promised with the car is listed on that paper. Are you sure there is nothing like that in folder with all your financing paperwork?

Just keep calling and annoying the sales manager and they will give you some mats. After a couple phone calls a day they will be sick of dealing with you.

Na I gave up and reported them to nissan, nissan called me apologized for my experience and gave me 150 bucks credit for anything i wanted from nissan. That was a few weeks ago.

Sorry to hear you new car buying experience was not the best. I am with the rest of the guys here as to avoiding the original dealership and finding one that actually has a reputation to uphold. Your car is new and thus you could take it to any nissan dealer in the us. Excercise that right and enjoy your new alty
