your rep power is how much rep you give to another person. the dots is how much rep you have received from others. i'm getting ready to cross 1k posts and i should go to rep 3. you get a green dot for every 100 rep points you receive. you click on "user cp" to see how much you have right now.

I seeee I seeeeee. Yeah, I knew how I recieved reps... just not how I gave them, and that I can only rep someone again once I've repped 3 others first. Interesante... I'm only at 650 posts so I have a way to go before the 1k milestone... Fun stuff. Thanks for the info, If I could give 50 rep points I would, but you'll just have to deal with the fact I cannot lol.
