boost control is handy, keep the psi low during daily driving...crank it up when you want to have your back stuck to your seat

I already told ya my thoughts on the BOV...love the sound of open-air but hate the stalling.

FuszNissan 08-18-2009 12:10 PM

Yeah, it just keeps adding up...what about this, and what about that....$$$$$$$$$

Caravanshaka 08-18-2009 12:11 PM

ya, I can't imagine the cost of the kit...are they doing any internals?

FuszNissan 08-18-2009 12:11 PM

Caravan, what color Forgestars did you order?

Caravanshaka 08-18-2009 12:12 PM

piano black

FuszNissan 08-18-2009 12:12 PM

No, I didn't want to get that much power, trying to go the reliable way if there is one...lol

FuszNissan 08-18-2009 12:13 PM

You will love them....hang in there :nutswinger:

Caravanshaka 08-18-2009 12:13 PM

lol, reliable forced induction on a factory NA car...good luck ;)

so you'll probably run 8psi max...could probably squeeze 500 hp out of that though

FuszNissan 08-18-2009 12:14 PM

Your numbers are probably right on.

Caravanshaka 08-18-2009 12:19 PM

be careful with the boost controller though, it'll be tempting to push it to the limits...trust me :rofl2:

theDreamer 08-18-2009 12:19 PM

Nogood, link to the Vossen you are looking at?

Caravanshaka 08-18-2009 12:21 PM

LOL... I don't think I would go past 9psi

FuszNissan 08-18-2009 12:25 PM

Caravan, what's funny is I have the wheels and exhuast you need but I have no car..lol You have the car.. and no accessories.

Caravanshaka 08-18-2009 12:25 PM

you don't THINK you would...I never thought I'd push my SR20DET past 12 psi without at least a metal head gasket...it saw 15-16psi a few times...luckily nothing blew
