^ Yes and no.
A Paid off new house yes. A paid off Victorian house...ehh not so much. Like said I dropped $10K in 23 days just to do the majority of a kitchen. It'll pay off in the end. Actually according to Zillow my property went up 15K in the last month and a half. Not sure why though. they dont know i remodeled the kitchen and bath. |
