nogoodname 08-28-2009 01:12 PM

you need a loud alarm clock, that'll get you pissed and therefore wakes you up

phelan 08-28-2009 01:14 PM

i get pissed throw it across the room watch it break then go back to sleep

2theextreme 08-28-2009 01:19 PM

I overslept today by over 2 hours.....alarm was set but I totally slept through it. Rolled over and was like....that's gotta be a mistake!

phelan 08-28-2009 01:21 PM

hahaha i've done that many times before too XD that alarm clocks looooong gone.

nogoodname 08-28-2009 01:24 PM

nogoodname 08-28-2009 01:38 PM

it's messed up.... paint is not sticking on right.

not one of those "can you buff it out" type deal

phelan 08-28-2009 01:45 PM

i was hoping it would be too, but i guess not. it's definitely gonna need a new paint job. seriously it looks like the top of my car was done in stucco!

Caravanshaka 08-28-2009 01:53 PM

I love stucco! just not on my car...

FuszNissan 08-28-2009 01:57 PM

Damn, looks like some mositure might have gotten trapped under the plastic protector during shipping and seeped into the clear coat.

phelan 08-28-2009 01:57 PM

all at least my car is REALLY unique now...?!

phelan 08-28-2009 01:58 PM

hey fusz, if i take this to the dealer think they'll help me out? this is a really strange case.

Caravanshaka 08-28-2009 01:59 PM

a bit of good news...I got a partial refund/discount on the wheels. The pinstriping is now going to be at no cost to me.

FuszNissan 08-28-2009 02:00 PM

Yeah, tell them to get there Service Rep involved. Paint is not covered under warranty, but that looks like a paint defect, or mositure in the paint trapped from the shipping plastic.

FuszNissan 08-28-2009 02:01 PM

Well, I was down in Vegas for the Nissan meeting, and they are going to make a Convertible Murano! It looked sick!

phelan 08-28-2009 02:03 PM

seriously? the murano?? that looks hella weird in my head...

FuszNissan 08-28-2009 02:06 PM

Looks sweet. Anyway I mean get the Nissan Service Rep involved, not the dealership service rep. You may have to sweet talk the service manager to call the rep to come look at the paint.

nogoodname 08-28-2009 02:13 PM

take some pics for us Lou..... leak the pics to us

do i do that before or after i go to the dealership then? i dunno, never had this kind of problem before.

nogoodname 08-28-2009 02:25 PM

just barge in and yell, "where the GM at foo !!!!"

i did that and they recleared my G completely due to their shit skills in washing cars

See the Service Manager, be upfront and show him the paint flaws and see if the Service Rep from Nissan can look at it. You may need to nudge him in that direction. Or hint at it. Make Nissan be the third party on it.

FuszNissan 08-28-2009 02:42 PM

What's a good tuner magazine. I used to read Super Street back in the day. Any good ones you guys and gals recomend.

phelan 08-28-2009 02:44 PM

thanks fusz, ill have to talk to them on saturday and hopefully they'll be...receptive.

i ready modified mag. quality is not bad, focuses on the cars more than the other import mags.

lol if i wanted to do that, ill just go next door. i'm neighbors with him XD

...maybe i should??? :ughdance:

Caravanshaka 08-28-2009 02:50 PM

if he's your neighbor I would!

Caravanshaka 08-28-2009 02:51 PM

but, I don't think fusz would want his own neighbor coming to complain about his car to him at his home...so maybe not :)

phelan 08-28-2009 02:59 PM

hahaha :D

FuszNissan 08-28-2009 03:01 PM
