Morning Thread! I woke up from a nap.

I moved a friend as an odd job today. Moved him from a 1200SqFt duplex to a 3600SqFt McMansion. two of the other guys crapped out on moving, so it was pretty much me.

I cannot explain how sore I am.

When you move an entire full length leather couch by yourself up to a second floor, it well...sucks

I'm sore from work out too :P

Not very tired, but very sore. I actually burst some blood vessels in my arms moving my friend today, so I am fascinated by the weird marks on my arms.

I need to take the garbage out to the curb before 6 am.

So Angie I'm dying to post up a pic of my arms, would you be weirded out? Not that they are brick sh1thouse, just my weird blood vessels and bruises.

So these occurred when I helped move a 600lb dresser. We set it down part way through moving it, and my arms started cramping up bad from burning all of the potassium out of my system.

The spots first appeared blue like the veins you see in your arms, but then after 15 minutes, they became red. They are now currently very sore, and they look like deep bruises. They are also swollen. Each spot you see in the picture that looks like a bruise is raised a 1/4 inch or more, like a goose egg you would get from a blow to the head.
