i was serious, i could not freeze my teeth. i had to be somewhere right after and i didnt want my jaw numb...i wouldnt be able to talk.... so i said "Doc, hold the teeth freezing will ya"

good. went back to the gym for the first time in like, 6 months. felt good.

ya, I played softball again for the first time in a year...I sucked for the first 30 mins, but got used to it again the last 2/3's of practice.
