^Good man. Just trying to work around a tenant. Thats why I had to bust my *** off in the last two weeks. He came home after work today and crashed in his bdroom. I'm not about to caulk and punch finishing nails in trim while hes sleeping.

Dropped almost $10K in the last month on that apartment, and I forgot to pay off my tuition for last term of school. I need an extra $600 or so, so maybe I'll sell some musical equipment to make up for it.

Oh the fun of Victorian houses, the projects never end. Especially when its a victorian triplex.

Enough of my rant, whatsup with you?
