Just starting up late, since my business career with the family started early and I didn't finish school.

Its all good. I'm happy, I have a paid off house, and some cars to play with, I just want more of an educational background.

Actually according to Zillow my property went up 15K in the last month and a half. Not sure why though. they dont know i remodeled the kitchen and bath.

Glad it did not do that, would have taken down multiple systems. Thankfully the drive that went down is just a data dump drive (temporarily stores data for a day) and all the data on it is recoverable, just have to make sure I find all the data that was on it or remember what was on it.

I keep hearing the price of houses are on the way up, cept for mansions which are still in decline.
