unfortunately i was into a few of them; i.e. poison, white snake, winger, etc

even thried to go the hair route...never really got as extreme as in those pics but it was long enough :icon17:

Now Winger is an exception, GREAT band!!! The drummer Rod Morganstein was in the original Dixie Dregs, great band as well!

Oh, I love a lot of the '80's stuff, just wasn't a big 80's hair band guy, Winger and a few others excepted.

I guess I like the hair stuff because it's what I think of when I think rock/metal. Lots of guitar rifs, lots of bangin on the drums. Rock today is soft, and like, half rap.

Yea, my brother is a pro drummer in NYC and plays for a reformed 80's metal band called "Carnivore", bass player from Type O Negative....... ever heard of Carnivore?
