Nothing fancy about DS computers, just a high price tag. Computers (desktops) are easily to build, water cooling is the only complex thing that scares people and that is pretty simple today.

Well building is easy to me, I work good with building things and such. It's the internals that I'm not to good with. (Overclocking, programming, Bios setup etc.) and all... Thats the stuff that I'd like someone more knowlegeable to do. And yeah, high pricetag is true lol.

Very much agree with. Just a fancy case and normal components installed. Much cheaper to build yourself.

Absolutely, but the diagnostics/testing/QC is what I'd like. Again, the building I can do no prob  I'm just not 01100110 smart lol.

Thx for the rep bubble dreamer!! bumped me to the 5th one

No problem.
Chris, most of the "testing" many of these pre-built shops do are free standard tests you can get. Memtest, 3Dmarks0x, etc.

Now I will say though that the warranty they can offer is hard to beat. Being able to call up a company and saying X piece of hardware is dead, they ship the part the same and you are back online before you know it. If you build yourself you have to ship back to X place and then they ship to you and you have that dead time, sucks sometimes.

Interesting, I found out forgestar gives you a free set of wheels when you get 10 of them... maybe we should all give you mega rep so you'll get yours =)

I know it is, but again, I'm not too savvy with that stuff, and I wouldnt wanna build an elite machine just for me to f-k it up in setup lol. And yeah that warranty is as BA as the comp itself =)
