I know we all joke about spam, but krav maga is serious shit. If you ever wanted to get in shape, that's what to do. I took a freebie class offered here, I've never felt so beat down in my life. One of only 2 times I've puked from too much exercise. :icon17:

I want to learn just because I hear it's practically the best for close quarters combat, hand to hand style, its quick and effective, as well as being something that can be learned quite well without years of mastering.

Since I'm going into LE and am not a terribly big guy, I figure it could be beneficial for me to know something like this.
