It's almost depressing that nothing seems to go right. I ordered wheels and lug nuts at the same time, lug nuts come in 3 days later, wheels still aren't here

It's almost depressing that nothing seems to go right. I ordered wheels and lug nuts at the same time, lug nuts come in 3 days later, wheels still aren't here 3 months later...I order a laptop and a tiny flash drive and the flash drive will get here while the laptop gets lost...
