I thought for a split second that I could just buy the seat and be done, but alas, I'm sure there has to be some duct work involved as well. Maybe even a different console with another button.

Yeah i feel like it would be a pain to retro fit it because there has to be some sort of ducting and fan behind the seat etc... and then you need to have the cooling switch set up which i think works hand in hand with the seat heat...
