sounds like fun.

I liked the group-play and strategy side of wow...the solo stuff sucked and the time investment needed to keep up was absurd.

Yeah thats the beauty of EvE, you can join Corporations (Guilds for you WoW folks lol) and do it that way, or be solo and do your own thing, even make your own Corp that can include/exclude whomever you like. Also with the solo, or with the corp thing, you can be a pirate lol. With your corporation, you can join others and make an alliance, and then you can join other alliances to form super alliances, and then battle other Alliances and try to conquer space...
