Hitting the cab driver was completly uncalled for, I understand the car was his "baby" but the damage and the cab drivers compliance clealry wasn't significant enough to warrent physical harm. At the end of the day it's just a car and nothing insurance couldn't handle.

But if this is a Ferrari driver hitting a cabby, then that's horrid. A flipping millionaire physically assaulting a working class shmoe. Dude should be ashamed of himself.

What a douche. It's not like the taxi hit you on purpose, the ferrari driver was probably driving like a douche in the first place. If I was the taxi driver I would have called for backup :)

i would call police and have the ferrari guy arrested. sue him for $. :)

Ferrari guy is in trouble.. On tape, landing punches, assaulting the cabbie. Road rage isn't worth jail time.

I'd probably feel like smacking someone who ran into my car too, but Ferrari Guy is a punk-a** beeyatch for the way he did it. Probably a trust fund recipient who didn't work for his money and likes to bully people. It looks like he went back and smacked the cabbie a couple of times. I'd wager even with a weasel lawyer he's going to learn a lesson.
And what's with everybody with a cell phone camera these days standing around and filming things like this ? Why didn't one of them put their stupid phone down and go over and tell Ferrari punk to back off and wait for the cops.:shakes head:

I hate to make a judgement call on things like this because of the small time snippet the filming actually lasted……….. But the film showed some very bad behavior from the jerk in the Ferrari due to the cabby being pretty docile.

What if prior to the film clip the cabby was in the guys face?….. just saying it's easy to judge wrongly when not all the facts are available.

This is why I got my concealed weapons permit for douches like this to get :owned:

lol hey man you got to protect your loved ones and yourself there's some crazy people out there nowadays you never know what might happen you need to be ready lol

I understand the need for protection, but I read your comment like you'd use your weapon in a situation like this. I probably took it too seriously, because I'm sure you know shooting a guy for being a douche (in this case a non-life threatening yet still aggressive douche) would land you in prison!

Just jump back in the cab and put a few more dents in his precious, some ppl don't know
how close they might come to meeting there end, he is lucky the cabbie is mellow.
