Fvck you/thank you

If you posted a thread in the past 12 hrs expressing concerns over damaged cars, go fvck yourself. You are a self-centered twat, and I am ashamed of you.

If you posted a thread/donated money/whatever in response to the people threatened/affected/killed by the Eathquake and Tsunami, thank you. You are a decent person, and we need more people like you.

That is all :tiphat:

KillerBee370 03-11-2011 05:40 PM

Wait wait... did you say Z cars got damaged?!

Cmike2780 03-11-2011 05:45 PM

I hope no one was really more concerned about cars. Nothing is more shocking than the lost of human life, but its only human nature to be awed by such devastation.

Prayers for those affected.

karotZ 03-11-2011 05:49 PM

Losing cars or getting them damaged dont matter. It's the maker or the people who that does. :tiphat:

There were several threads devoted to the loss of cars and the delay of shippments of cars.

There were several threads devoted to the toll on lives...

Hence my post. I am not a Buddha...

Ummmmmm ok

djpathfinder 03-11-2011 06:15 PM

It's funny how many "earthquake in Japan" threads popped up and a good majority of them are about "hope I get my new car soon".

phelan 03-11-2011 06:18 PM

i know, i'm already depressed about not being able to reach some people still in JPN, and all people want are their cars / car parts

b1adesofcha0s 03-11-2011 06:20 PM

Yeah, people are just stupid sometimes. There's people in Japan who lost their homes, have been hurt, or even lost their lives and the first thing they think is "I hope my car is OK." It's OK to be worried about the car, but you should be more worried or at least acknowledge that people's lives and livelihood in the country are more important.

Creating a thread about it is a bit hypocritical, don't you think? We know some people are selfish and narcissistic. Just let it go.

christian370z 03-11-2011 06:29 PM

You are on quite the cynical streak, Jordo. I agree with your point although I doubt those people are taking the loss of human life lightly either. Can you at least try to be more tactful in your choice of words in the title next time?

Earthquake? Flooding in New Jersey? Who cares? The biggest news of today is the iPad 2 release, and it sickens me. Line at best buy was huge, and they're all talking about the new features.

i agree

The one that tripped me out the most was an op worried about a shipment. Then after harsh replies another op comes in a couple post later and ask about if his car will be here in April.
