Fell in shower, man down, man down
 

I just took a shower and for the second time ever I fell. I was in there and went to turn around and the dang mat slipped and I went down. My butt hit the faucet part then my back hit it also.:shakes head: Thought I would give the details why I was at it. But damn it hurts. I got two big bruises. Has anyone else had this happen?

And why I'm at it, I'll tell you the first time I fell. This is funny. I was getting my groove on (yes, with a girlfriend) standing up and all of a sudden we both slipped. I feel backwards out of the tub ripping down the curtain and coming to a rest against a cabinet. As I looked up at my girlfriend as she was still standing, we busted out into a big laugh. It was funny as hell. I wasn't hurt that time as now. Just thought I'd share this and see if anyone else has a story like these two.

A friend of mine did, but he only had one leg. Seriously, he did.

Hopefully you won't feel worse tomorrow. Its usually a day after that you find out what you really hurt. Glad to hear you didn't hit your noggin.

That's what Im worried about. Oh well.

Get rid of the "non-skid" mat. It'll kill ya and it harbors bacteria.

That's what I'm going to do. Never had an issue without one.

They have suction handles now for shower sex to prevent this.

I'm not sure how large that is, but I doubt it would stick to my shower, since the tiles are only 4in by 4in.

Actually about a week ago I slipped in the shower. It wasn't the "fall on your ***" type of slip but rather I slipped on a piece of soap.

You know how after using a soap bar it turns into a thin little disk? I had a new bar because the one I was using I had dropped prior (yeah yeah, dropping the soap...) and apparently it had smashed and stuck onto the floor.

I have terrible vision and wear glasses so I couldn't even hope to see it. My foot slipped and smashed into the faucet/spigot and I tore my instep open. Water diluted everything so it made it seem a lot worse than it was. Painful.
Got out and I had an inch long gash on my foot.

It was fun trying to wear socks and shoes. I won't go into that, which I had to endure for a month (I was in school at the time). :shakes head:

There's something so eerie about soaking in the crap that's been on your body.

I was having sex in my shower when I was 16, I slipped and kinda tried to grab my gf to save myself and ended up launching her through a HUGE piece of glass. One cut foot and a minute or two of explanation it was all over... so was that relationship.

Well, that ended badly. The couple of times I had shower sex, we just gave up because I'm too tall to fit in the tub as it is.

I tend to fall in the shower when alone. No one to blame but myself...
