My buddy Opie suffered a stroke two weeks ago and Kate (Mrs. Dr. onzedge) waited for me to return from a trip so I could say goodbye to him before she eased his suffering. I miss him like crazy.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss my friend. It is so hard to lose a friend who treats you like a God!

Oh no! Sorry to hear. One of the hardest things in the world to go through. And quite a few tough days before the fog starts to clear. Condolences.

Sometimes, I think it's harder to lose a pet then a family member. Because you made the decision that it's time. :(
