I agree, if you're going for magazine covers then by all means go for it...

But in reality sense (Unless this is purely a drag/numbers car) it's not really useful...

I'd hate to see his IATs from this routing and moving the turbo up in front of the engine like that.

Oh, I totally am giving props for going balls out. Not bashin that at all, it's cool that he's stepping up for that. I just dunno if I could ever do something like that myself. I'd like to see the finished product in person though... I wonder how they R&D'd the piping to make sure the exhaust cycles didn't interfere with eachother at the turbo.

I want a single turbo or a sc for my ride basically cause I'm gonna have stock internals and I'm gonna run 8-10 psi of boost. I don't want that big shock to the internals that come from a TT

Do you plan to track it at all? Cause if not the only time you'll have that shock through DD/street driving is occasionally for short times. (Onramps, passing, dyno runs) So the Stress isn't constant like say Tracking. With a properly done Safe tune, TT isn't as scary as it sounds.

Yeah, as Intrigue is finding out. It's really expensive to pioneer a new setup like that. I don't have the cash flow for that.

If I remember right his ext manifold comes into one pipe pretty evenly so I'm thinking it's ok. on the other hand there is some debate on the throttle body intakes not being equal length.

It seems they're building faster than they R&D'd...

I just don't see there being enough room in the engine bay to route all the piping you need, unless you sacrifice diameter/length/heat soak to make it all work, even then it just doesn't seem like it will ever be 100%...

It's seems that any way you go with our cars the extra power is just very pricey and has too many problems. It's like Nissan built this engine to it's limits and anything else is just gonna damage it in the long run.

I though if importers wanted a faster engine they use better tech to make it more efficient and domestics just make it with more displacement.

Importers maximize the power out of each motor before they produce it... Domestics make theirs economical, not powerful. That's why they react so well to modding vs ours our only Real power gain is F.I.
