but honestly i think the worst drivers are here in Cali if looking at volume..everybody and their momma has at least 1 car over here..its a mess..

frost 06-18-2010 02:35 PM

I've driven in almost every state; I'd go with miami-area florida being the worst.

bullitt5897 06-18-2010 02:38 PM

we are not all dumb just mainly the immigrants who try either to adapt to quickly or do not take the time to learn the rules of the road. A lot of people I have found only drive because they have to.... This is our main problem its because they have to... where is the love for that freedom that you had when you were 16? Maybe thats why we buy sports cars and join these clubs... we still enjoy that freedom and excitement that comes from driving...

I know that my car is my biggest stress reliever! If I have a bad day I go for a drive. If I am pissed off I go find one of my nice hidden technical roads that no one is ever on and pound on the car for a few good laps and cool down. When I get in my car nothing else in the world matters it is my escape. When I am on the track its just me and the track everything slows down and I can concentrate on my next move like a chess game. I am always thinking 5 moves ahead whether I am on the street or track my brain is constantly on driving.

I have driven 12 and even 18hrs straight across country because I love to drive. When I am driving with others cross country I take the longest shift because I trust myself more than others when it comes to driving.

Uhhhhhh ever heard of california?

Alpines across the river from Yonkers. Its a pretty fancy neighborhood. I'm west and central, all there is around me is corn, cows, horses, buffalo, alpacas and golf courses.

Probably. Bill Bryson stated that you shouldn't be surprised if you pull into a gas station and find that your gas is being pumped by a cyclops in Northern Georgia.

Nooooo, really!!!!!! :shakes head:

What about Texas, California, Arizona, New York, New Jersey, etc?

Virginia has worst drivers than Florida.

Lemers 06-18-2010 08:34 PM

Sorry my sarcasm didn't show...but it was a Hypothetical question to illustrate the type of people that live in Georgia. I mean come on they made a movie about how inbred they are!

fullmonty 06-18-2010 08:48 PM

In the short time I spent in Georgia, I sure did see alot of good ol' boys

I thought the latest problem was that the democrats didn't want President Obama's middle name in the school books. I don't see any problem with putting Barack Hussein Obama in same same book that has george walker bush
