but I agree, it would keep them from touching the paint:tup:

Not true. Women notice. It's a very nice gesture. I have a friend though who will stand there by her door for a few minutes, waiting on her fiancé to open the door for her, even if the door is unlocked already. That is completely unnecessary. But making the gesture every now and then is appreciated.

must be the type of girls I go for then, I did it to be nice a few weekends ago and the girl laughed and said it was unnecessary and went on to explain how this wasnt the "50's" anymore, I LOL'ed. In a way, I kind of agree. I'm not the kind to go for the suzy homemaker either, if tattoos arent visible and there arent at least 2 metal objects piercing her face, then I want no part of it:icon17:

Yep. Now and then is cool, but expecting it every time isn't.

If a girl is standing by the door becuase she feels entitled to me opening it for her, she'll be standing there a very long time. I do things that I think are nice, not because I am required to do them

It's 'vacuumed' and 'tattooed' but you still get +1 rep :tiphat:

Now that is what I call one lucky guy! :icon18: Bless you, my dear.

What really pisses me off is when they are wearing high heals and they hit the kick panel at full ******* force. Now I tell everyone to watch their feet when they get in.

Also im with Red on the whole touching the paint thing, if someone even looks at the paint on my vehicles funny they get bitch slapped.

I am convinced from years of experience watching different women do this to every one of my sport cars that when a woman does the kick panel squash that its their F*ing way to mark your car like its their personal inalienable right of passage to do with the car as they wish...like a dog pissing on every hydrant they pass. :shakes head:

My past girlfriends and present wife did that alot to my Stangs. Now everytime my wife gets out of the Z I FIRMLY remind her to lift her feet up and over the kick panels.

So far so good!!

^I seriously got so pissed at my GF one night about this, she is really really respectful of my stuff but she is kinda clutzy and gets absent minded so she kept forgetting to watch her feet, needless to say after I came off my raging rant about kicking my damn kick panel she has never ever kicked it again.

Its weird though, I have girls all the time ask me to go for a ride, and these girls are the ones that never kick the panel, and after the first one goes for a ride she goes and tells all the others to make sure they watch their feet and don't kick it too... man i just dont understand girls.
