Long rough weekend
Not that it is anything Z related but I have to type up my first 13 page appellate brief for law school this weekend. The research wasn't that bad but going through 300+ pages to find the few select lines that support your perspective is a PIA. Add to it the legal citations which are difficult to learn in the beginning. Right now I have about 50% done and it's due at 11pm tonight. It'll be done and I'll have the Mrs. proofread it for me but damn before it know it, it'll be monday and I'll have to go back to class.

Anyways, good luck. Law is definitely interesting so it's easier to make yourself focus than writing about something totally random. |
Well I'm glad this weekend and the next one I don't have to do any Case Study for my Master in Aeronautical Science.
I was freaking busy the past two weekend doing the finals so I feel your pain! |

arguing the constitutionality of a suspcionless search program. Appellant made a motion to surpress under FCPL rule 12(b) motion was denied, he appealed. I'm a bit burnt out, going to finish reading con law and sleep.

What about all our brothers and sisters over in iraq fighting the war, you think they would rather be back at home sitting on the couch reading a book like you or getting shot at with ak-47s and blown up every day, not to mention if they survive they are emotionally destroyed too |
Cool, thanks for sharing...

Some of them have the opportunity to study online and there are some colleges onsite that the soldiers can go to class within their Camp. ;) |

Bro relax, just giving you some perspective
We should all appreciate how lucky we are to be free and we are able to do the things we want to do, i know you are just blowing off steam with your post but it comes across as a combination of you whinging and bragging |

At least he is getting an education, so I don't think he is bragging. I'm getting my Master Degree which I posted a few times, so I guess I'm bragging too... |

I guess the little bitch YOU is the one that needs to get an education about your bad attitude, negative comments and such to almost every thread that is posted in this forum. We don't need people like you in this forum!!! :gtfo2: |

Appellant should not win. At least it depends on the circumstances. Is it case law? Quote:

People like me? I'm a black male who is just saying his opinion Unbelievable My perspective in my posts is that there are soldiers protecting our freedom risking their lives so we should all be happy for each day and learn to appreciate everything little thing in life. Not whinge and complain about everything which we see society doing so much today So many people we see take everything for granted and whinge about the smallest things, its really selfish if you think about it and compare the sacrifices some people make I have no problem with studying and learning to better and further yourself, it's a great thing and i wish him luck in his career but the whinging posts blowing things out of proportion such as you and the original poster is a bit poor Now bro even though we seem to disagree i am not going to tell you to get the **** out of my forum like you did to me |
:gtfo2:
:rofl2:  |

It is funny tho that PapoZalsa told me to get the **** out of his forum all for having a differing opinion than his, luckily that train of thought is in the minority i'm glad you agree with me bro and i do wish you luck in your studies |

Tyson, I don't appreciate my post being called "gay." Not to be racist since I'm a minority myself but next time you are searched for no reason other than the "protecting the public interest" keep in mind that my classmates and I learning how to produce arguements protects your rights. Maybe I'm not carrying an M-16 but I'm trying to make sure people are given fair representation in court. Thanks Papo for speaking on the behalf of us hard at work college/post college guys but I don't mean to cause any tension. To each their own, I can understand how reading my post after worrying about your friends overseas could draw such a response. Tyson, I hope your friends come home safe bro. |
:wtf2:

However, you should be up front (clear) with your replies without including things that were not related to the post at that time. Then later you posted about race too. Now is that I understand part of your reply and reason. I also have friends (former fellow soldiers) in Iraq, Afgan and other dangerous places around the world defending this country and I do worry about them too. Anyway this is my last reply to you and by no means I was trying to offend you. |

I see now we pretty much have a misunderstanding, i do not think your posts are gay at all, in fact the information above relating to the hypothetical case i find quite interesting. My first response was heightened because of the contact wth my friends prior to reading it so i did jump on you for whinging but you were venting as we all do and its perfectly normal. So i apologize if i have upset you NYBladeZ PapoZalsa you misunderstand my minority comment, i was saying that a mentality of kicking people out that do not agree with you is a smaller percentage than those willing to listen and discuss things back and forth. Honestly i did not come in to stir the pot and make an arguement, i appreciate you saying that in no way you meant to offend me. I too do not want to offend you and my whole point of posting was just so we can focus on the good things and be happy and appreciate them while others make great sacrifices for us to be "free" So i apologise to you too PapoZalsa if i offended you Truly i think that all the soldier are our brothers and sisters and they are doing what they do to protect us. Also i like how you mention NYBladeZ that you will be doing your part by protecting each citizens right against unfair searches etc as i have been stopped while driving my fathers car 5 times by police in the space of a few months, each time was "a random breath test" which took 20 minutes. Thanks for wishing my friends well over there, its good to hear people have not forgotten them because the war has been going for around 8 years now, such a long time I wish you luck in your studies and keep fighting the good fight! |

Also, if the dog can alert to residue of explosive compounds, then they could possible argue that the suspect was tainted or contaminated with said residue which needed to be investigated further. Like you stated, small amounts can be stored anywhere on the person and mixed at a later time. Who says that he wasn't going to meet another conspirator to combine those compounds? I'm probably preaching to the choir. Please keep us in the loop. I'd like to read the other arguments from your opposition. |
