Agreed. I used to bartend in nightclubs and when the cops would be called after major fights they would look at the surveillance tapes.
The person who tried to walk away or avoid the confrontation was NEVER charged. Because it showed an effort was made to avoid the confrontation.
On a sidenote this is one of my favorite threads ever, I've been laughing my *** off. |
