Houkouonchi, how much is your electricity bill with that rack full of stuff running?

It is actually not that bad. During the winter where I don't have to run the A/C at all my power bill is just under $100/month. With everything in the rack turned on it uses about 1000 watts of power idle but I typically don't have everything running (only about half of it) and it idles at around 450 watts:

The top 20 disk 4U machine runs open solaris =). One big raidz2 volume. Didn't really see a reason for multiple vdev's for what I use it for.
