Since I have all this free time at work, I get bored. For some reason, some of my best ideas come when I get bored and my mind wanders. I figured someone has to have my number + and - 1 digit, and I also figured they would get a kick out of it if they saw an almost identical number. The other person I thought blocked me replied back with "lol".

I'm thinking my next step should be to call them.

Being God and PLAYING God are two different things. I personally have not met anyone that can walk on water, turn water into wine, and raise people from the dead.

If you eat McDonald’s, you are eating fake/processed food. Your body will still digest it in the natural state it was designed to do, but your poop content will probably have more junk/non-organic matter. (Disclaimer: When I was eating 10 Big Mac’s once/week, this was for my bulking process, and my sh!ts did feel/smell/come out differently than days I didn’t consume this garbage.) Also, poop is not man-made in the sense that it’s artificial. It is produced by humans by a natural process and as a biological waste product, and is completely involuntary. I personally have not met anyone/company that purposely seeks out to artificially make sh!t.

Something mutating by evolution and through time versus genetically modifying it are two completely different things: the former is of nature and a natural process with no human interference, while the latter is humans purposely modifying an organism and trying to modify biology. In addition to my analogy of real/natural diamonds versus lab-grown diamonds, there is now lab-grown meat. I personally will only eat real/natural meat, not something that was genetically modified and artificially grown in a lab.

Another example is gender: if a man/woman undergoes a trans-operation, they are artificially trying to transform into a gender in which they are not biologically and of nature.

In response to your message in the white-color font, I’m having fun too. These debates are entertaining.

None of us are getting to 100,000 posts wasting time with rational debate.

I got a call tonight from a would-be client, but had to refer this out to a buddy still originating mortgage loans. And the 1 question that drives loan originators crazy: "What are your rates?"

PSA: When it comes to mortgage rates, banks/lenders/financial institutions do NOT have control over this. A person has the ability to buy down the rate, but the rate (and cost of rate) itself is a non-controllable.

The rate is the rate, and no financial institution will have a "magical rate". Mortgage rates should be similar across the board with a very small differential. Think gas prices: They are typical in line with each other, maybe a few cents +/- difference.

The analogy I used to give clients is cash currency: banks don't have a money printing press in their back rooms, but rather get it from the same source. Same principle with mortgage rates.

I will say there are MANY mortgage loan programs out there, and far too many for any one loan originator to know them all. Some banks/lenders may have an "in-house" program, but in which they can set their own stipulations/rates/etc. and may not be a traditional/conforming loan.
