It pays to be somewhat of a prepper.

Work made me get the Vaccine also. They did not to anybody who lived in Florida or had the same type legislation enacted.

My employer at the time also mandated the vaccinations, otherwise would be subject to terminations. I refused under the guise of religious beliefs and they never bothered me about it again.

In regards to tariffs, I find it interesting that the media is really focusing on this now, when in reality, imposing tariffs is not something new, and has happened many times over in previous administrations (IMO, tariffs really became prevalent due to NAFTA, which was a dumb move, again this is my opinion). Are tariff's annoying? Yes. Will prices increase as a result? Most likely, however, prices have always increased with or without tariffs.

BUT, if we are looking to fight/lower inflation, tariffs is one way to do it. Barry Habib said it the best: “Inflation is too many dollars chasing too few goods.” Even with quantitative tightening and raised interest rates, people are still buying, so inflation isn’t going away any time soon. With tariffs, one working theory would be to discourage spending (namely on imported products) to lower inflation, while at the same time bringing in revenue for those that are still going to buy even at elevated pricing. As with anything in life, everything is a balancing act. Too much of keeping this trend going could lead to a stagflation, which would put us in a much worse situation than now.

Side note, with the tariffs for foreign vehicles, makes me wonder if the value of the Z's go up. To be honest, I've been contemplating on selling the Z. Maybe it's me getting older and/or lazy, and as much fun the Z is, it's just not practical to have her sit in the garage and driven once every 2 weeks and def. not practical as a daily driver.

I was standing in line at Publix waiting to get the jab when they presented me with paperwork to sign. I asked what it was and they told me it was a release from holding them responsible for any side effects or death from the vaccine. I said eff that noise and said I'm not signing that! They said then no vaccine! I went to work and my boss asked if I got the jab, I lied and told him yes. He said good. He never asked again even after I got Covid 4 times. LOL!

I truly believe that over time your going to see that that "vaccine" is going to do more harm than help. Heart issues and blood clots are just the start. That shift is a ticking time bomb.

It was as useless as masks at stopping the spread of Covid. My favorite was when the brainwashed lemmings used to accuse the non vaccinated with harming the vaccinated. Uh, if your vaccine works, why do you care if I'm vaccinated? Always followed by the blank stare as their hamster tries to process that. :roflpuke2:

Without any conspiracy theories....I got the covid vaccine. Several doses.
I'm almost 40, I'm an athlete and I see no side effects of any kinds. I feel no difference. I'm doing same sort of endurance training as I did 10 years ago. Me personally - as if neither covid nor vaccinations ever happened.

Writing this just for statistics sake - if I die....or if nothing at all happens.

Hey, I'm not wishing Ill will on anybody. The Vax effects different people different ways, just like the virus did. I had Covid 4 times. I feel no different today either.

My point is nobody should be forced to take any drug. Period.
