I went to work for my friend in La and doing the car now.

You are a grown@$$ man (and I say "man" very loosely in this case). If you don't want to go to school, then don't go. It's your choice, not your parents. On a side note, any spelling/grammar/language courses in the mix?

Not sure how my comments could be in any way construed as racist. One Asian to another, you are making us look bad. I personally don't care what you say or do in life, but if you say dumb sh!t, be prepared for responses, otherwise, don't say sh!t.

Bing very specific. What are your goals and expectations? Personally, why do you want to achieve those?

Then, how do you plan (be very very detailed) to achieve those and in what time frame.
It looks simple to it say but it's very difficult to accomplish if your not being honest with yourself. It should be at least a page or two long if not more, and take hours days or more to complete. And you might have to change your goals and expectations in the end. I don't expect you to post it here but it will help with your car, schools, and life in general.

With respect to your car, without anyone knowing what your "What are your goals and expectations? Personally, why do you want to achieve those?" you won't get too much good advice to these general questions you are asking. Simple questions like "What size fuel pump goes with these injectors?" can be answered easily here. 650WHP goal is nice but not understanding anything else will not get you anything of value in response.

:driving:

IMO, his biggest goal should be how to learn to drive and not total cars.

I don’t like to share my plan before my **** is done, but I would like share it to you guys now. Prob I look dummy, but I really don’t. I would say I’m a high level car owner or driver, but I never worked on my car cuz I want the professionals to do it

If this new monster machine gonna total again, I will just accept it. It’s not a big deal, that’s the fate of me and my car that’s ok. Just talk about car, or me personally, but not your country or Asian, American ****, is that hard to understand?

I have no question about the TT plan now, I asked few questions and you guys answered them very well. Now is the personal answer.

I have been driving Z for like 4 years now. I am a crazy guy, yes, not normal, psycho. I want a monster machine built by me, the unique car only belong to me, and it must be fast. I like to race on street, but what more important is to race with myself. I want the top speed, like WANGAN, I can do 160 cruise now but I want to hit 300. Right now I believe it is a very high standard NA 370, but I need more power. I have been putting a lot of dollars on her but I don’t feel it is enough. I really get addicted with her. For the haters who don’t have a better car, or driving experience like me just saying bad or “he gonna crash” they really don’t understand. If that really happens after, that’s ok, I accept the fate, and I will just rebuild her if I don’t die. Here is the thing, my car gonna be one of the best, fastest Z in the world, and I am the driver. For the guys who has a single exhaust shooting fire with NA, I don’t care what they think. They are just lower level how could they understand me? At least I don’t shot fire and I have a cat back exhaust with muffler, my neighbor don’t smash my window to warn I’m too loud.

Your “English” is extremely difficult to understand.

The fate of your car is completely up to you, and is a really big deal if you are a risk to others. If you’re going to act stupid and get hurt, make sure you don’t affect anyone else.

And regarding the Asian comment, it’s hard enough for me to keep my cool when I get stares and/or hear comments of since I’m Asian, I must be Chinese and brought COVID over. So when I see another Asian acting a fool and making Asians look bad, you damn right I will call you out :gtfo2:

Dude tried to explain to you that you're enhancing the stereotypes about asian drivers. It's nothing racist, quite the opposite in fact.

Anyways, I for one, am looking forward to your build. Post pics of it and how it's progressing.
And regarding your driving... well....film some driving sessions. That will probably be even more interesting to follow.

I see we've got a fan of Wangan Midnight here. You do understand that unless you're in Germany on the autobahn, you will have a bad time testing out 300kph speeds.
My suggestion: go watch Initial D, where you'll learn that it's not about horsepower but understanding the car, technique and improving your driving skills.

Why did you start a new thread? You already had something going in the Forced Induction section. I had a legitimate question for you in there too.

All his living expenses are bankrolled by his parents. So yes, he is required to do what they want if he wants to continue his life styles and car adventures. Remember, this is his second Z34.

How do you think he could afford a Z34, mod it in quick succession (with pretty quality parts by the way), totaled it, then moved right to a 2nd one, jumped into FI, sending the car to a good shop, all while paying for a degree he didn’t even care for….he’s spending “house money” that’s why. I come across pleeeenty of these :icon17:

Sorry Chen, you are very special, therefore your history is very memorable.

Doubt it:

1. OP said he paid his way through school.
2. If OP's parents are bankrolling his life, they would dictate every aspect of his life, including what he is studying in school. This usually translates to parents having a successful business/es and typically would require the kids to get a degree that would help them in said business/es as they would one day take over.
3. With respect to the Z, if OP's parents are funding his car adventures, he would be eyeing something higher on the totem pole. The 370Z's have dropped enough in price to where HS kids are driving them.
4. OP also said he finished school and went to go work for a friend in LA. If his parents are bankrolling him, then the expectation would be for him to return home upon completion of school and work in the family business.

Why I know this? Because I went through that sh!t. I decided to rebel and go completely against the grain (mentioned in another thread that I have not spoken to my parents since graduating college). Of course, the generous monthly allowance stopped immediately, the credit cards that I didn't have to pay on were disabled soon after, and had to move out of the house that was bought for me.

Ok no prob my bro. I know that I’m a special guy. I know that I got a lot from my parents but that is also with a lot of pressure. So I went out home immediately after I finish the school. I am working on myself now to try finish the rest of it. There are like 15k dollar more to pay And I have to do it by myself now, it is a big challenge to me.
