"More than 200 new Florida laws take effect July 1." https://www.wfla.com/news/politics/n...throom-access/ "New Florida law restricts transgender bathroom access. “'A woman should not be in a locker room, having to worry about someone from the opposite sex being in their locker room,' DeSantis said. The law defines 'female' as 'a person belonging, at birth, to the biological sex which has the specific reproductive role of producing eggs'; and 'male' as “a person belonging, at birth, to the biological sex which has the specific reproductive role of producing sperm.'" |

For those that are an "exempt" and salaried position, I'm just curious on this would work. So my understanding is regardless of how little/many hours I work, I get paid the same and with no OT. If I start a new job in the middle of the pay cycle, does this mean I still get the full pay even if working 4 days of the current pay cycle, or would they prorate?
