2 interviews this coming Monday.

From the previous interviews, I have noticed that more interviewers are dressed very casually. Much different than say 7 years ago, when suit/tie was the norm and expectation in my industry. When I interviewed with Pfizer a few weeks back, one of the interviewers was dressed in a tank top and a hat backwards

With FL's hot@$$ weather and not wanting to feel out of place by dressing up more than necessary but not wanting to under-dress, thoughts on a polo shirt and dress pants for interviews?

im always in a suit and tie.. clean shaven, looking my best.. but thats just me. you never know how they'd perceive you if you were in anything less

Well can't agree with the clean shave, have had a bread for almost 50 years.
Thou it would be next for the interview.

My thoughts too, but who knows what goes or does not go.

At a minimum I would be business causal, with a dress shirt...
