Have you seen the news, 90% of accidents in CFLA are hit and runs, plus massive amounts of flooding claims from Ian last year, that plus inflation is driving it.

same down here, the hit and runs are insane down here, its crazy dude.

Did you ever get to the point of salary negotiations? Overqualified means they’re worried they’ll have to pay you more starting out and you’ll expect bigger raises sooner. Barely qualified means lower starting salary, less likely to push for raises faster and more likely to stick around longer and not jump ship for something better sooner.

Good luck man. :tup:

yup, fully agree.:iagree::iagree:

Got 2 rejay emails today. Why any company would want to waste time, more importantly mine, with additional interviews if they were not going to move forward with me is beyond me. Company B at least had the balls to send me a personalized email stating that I was "overqualified", which was also brought up in the 2nd interview. I guess they're looking for someone that barely qualifies and hopes that employee can deliver.

Back to the drawing board :ughdance:

Apparently, you didn’t check enough boxes. Wear stilettos and a tight skirt next time. Oh, and grow a beard…

Had liberty mutual bundle for many years. Never had a claim. Tornado went through the neighborhood and took a couple of shingles with it. Called ML and they sent somebody out to inspect. Insisted I needed a new roof and he “knew a guy”. Cost me $5,000 deductible on a $24,000 roof. Got the check and a cancellation letter in the same envelope. Insurance fraud is real and it’s costly.

Went fishing today for the first time since the pandemic. Luckily, none of my gear rusted/rotted out and even the batteries in the aerators were still kicking. Casting net had old greenback guts dried on there, but still worked like a charm.

The redfish favored the paddletails more so than live bait.
