Florida has the worst drivers in the nation. Perhaps these idiots can go up north and learn car control. If you can drive on water/ice, you can drive on dry roads :icon17:

Can confirm, whenever it starts raining.. not even 5 minutes after it starts, you will hear the blaring sound of ambulances and fire trucks.

Florida has majority of bad drivers because we also have the majority of senior citizens. :ugh2:

I've seen really bad drivers all across the age spectrum. The thing about accidents is that they are 100% preventable, whether either party takes literally 1 extra second to look around for safety or just staying off the damn phone.

This is why I will never move to the north. Too many things I just don't understand about cold weather. I buy summer tires and leave them on until I have to replace since FL is summer year round, I don't have to worry about salt rusting out my car, and wtf is "black ice"?

I also heard that during the winters up north, it's a good idea to keep the faucets running constantly at a drip to avoid freezing out the pipes?

UPDATE EDIT: Just Googled "black ice". Basically an invisible form of ice on the road, and it looks like someone just poured lots of water water onto the street from it being shiny/reflective. How are people able to drive in this sh!t? No thank you, I'll stick with my 70-degree winters in FL.

i agree, living up north sucks.. :rofl2::rofl2::rofl2::rofl2: i feel sorry for them folk that have to live up there.

I think south florida would esp. have an issue with undocumented/illegal aliens, at least more so than tampa, and have drivers without a license nor insurance. Still irks me whenever my renewal comes up and I have to sign off on rejecting uninsured motorist coverage.

On a side note, question for auto insurance agents: Does uninsured motorist coverage cover the person without insurance?

I had a train horn on my 350Z that I would blare if someone in front of me was impeding traffic due to being on their phone.
