I was honestly worried he did it on purpose to file an insurance claim against me. But he said all the right things. And I hate insurance companies. Plus I might be able to get my vented hood installed at no cost to me lol.

I hope it works out for ya. :tup: With the way people drive nowadays - distracted, no insurance, self centered like they’re the only ones on the road etc, you really need a big suv or truck just for safety and better chance the idiots even see you.

With a company truck, couldn’t you get a tax break or two to help offset the cost f the lease, gas etc? Might be worth looking into and talking it over with your CFP/tax preparer.

All is good. One of my best friends who lives in Buffalo is a big Dolphins fan and his son is a big Cowboys fan. Go figure?? :icon14:

We're going to try and avoid insurance if possible. Taking it to a high end body shop in the morning. I told him I could help out of he takes responsibility - I literally have a hood ready to install.

It could have been much worse. His hitch was huge. Missed the Z completely. He was angling to back into another lane so his back driver bumper got me. I have audio of his confession along with a witness present. And more pics later. I'm hopeful but cautious.
