Filed Applecare claim June 4. Said they would contact me within 2 days about the status of my claim. The insurance company (AIG) said their system was down when I tried to call last week. Still no update on the website :rolleyes:

Check this video out. This guy is the CEO of Viking (along with Tyco they basically make all the sprinkler equipment out there). Seriously considering retrofitting a sprinkler system in the house after talking to him this week at the NFPA convention in Boston. Especially since he can probably get me a deal on the equipment ;)

I finally spoke with someone today. They said the claim was approved on June 8 (despite the website still says it has not yet been approved). I should receive my replacement phone within 2-5 business days. So I should have it by Weds :rolleyes:
