Today was a good day I believe. I went to Tampa to the Moffitt Cancer Center to get a second opinion and they certainly had one.

They said they felt all options were still on the table, whereas the other hospital where I have been getting worked on was down to one final last ditch effort to just keep me alive for a few more months. The Moffitt Hospital smiled and said that they were still believing it could be solved so I could still live to become a demented old grumpy sumbitch. (Think Rusty). It gave me some hope.

Also while I was there they asked if I wanted a Covid shot. I said well yeah. They said just step into that room over there. So I got the first shot and an appointment to come back and get part two in a few weeks.

All in all a really good day....

Not 100% sure yet as today’s visit was only the first one.

They are going to have a group discussion about my situation tomorrow and come up with their best course of action.

The Doc said he did not think additional radiation (with Chemo also added to it) or even another surgery would be out of the question. A back up plan of just Immunotherapy would still be the fall back.

The main thing was that it all gave me hope, which I was running a little low on. :shakes head:

After that last report. I figure you was running on empty. I know that feeling with the first wifey. :( Now you have something to look forward to. :tup: You and your wifey are still in our prayers brother. :tup:

Happy Hump Day! We are halfway through the week and we are all still here. Brother Eric's good news lifted my spirits and made me realize again how blessed we are to have each other to support, love, tease and harass. I am also pumped up because I am at this time heading to Las Vega to get the Z. The word I received yesterday she should good to go and track ready once Seb is done with the fuel system and tune.
