Shorted us by over 600 square feet. Comparing us to smaller 2600sf models in the subdivision. On top of that, they have one of the comparable homes on our appraisal that is the exact same model, same street (3 houses down) idential lot built 45 days after nine, listed as 3200sf and $22,000 more. When they did mine. They compared it to a house 15 miles away. I asked them about it. Their answer was that house was the closest house they could find to compare mine too. :icon14: That house is in another county too. :icon14:
