Cooked steaks on the griddle like a Japanese steakhouse tonight. Butterfly then cubed them. Cooked them with onions in butter. Came out better then what I thought they would. :yum: Had a baked potato with honey butter and 5 bean salad with the steak. :yum:

Shorted us by over 600 square feet. Comparing us to smaller 2600sf models in the subdivision. On top of that, they have one of the comparable homes on our appraisal that is the exact same model, same street (3 houses down) idential lot built 45 days after nine, listed as 3200sf and $22,000 more.
