Scale says I gained 4-6 lbs over the holidays so low carb diet starts today. Thinking of a filet with mushrooms and a small baked potato for dinner. :yum:

(more than likely picking up Chick fil a grilled nuggets)

Good Morning yawl! It is Monday feeling almost a 100% and will be working from home for the rest of my jail sentence. The wife is loads better as well. Let's get this new year rockin and rollin. Stay safe and sanitary!

What is stupid is all the cable, internet and cell phone providers are still making as much...more money than they did before COVID and yet they have laid people off and are providing the worst customer service every. They are making bank by reducing their human capitol and overhead all in the name of COVID. We need free market practices and that chit will clear up right now.

So cut out cable and spend the money on sling, hulu, etc as a cable provider all via internet.

I pay $50 a month for 50/10 connection for internet. Spend $60 for hulu without ads and live tv packaged in. An additional $12 a month for netflix. Way less hassle. That's for sure. If you don't like something, you hop onto the website of choice and cancel. No need to call or wait in a queue. I've canceled hulu and netflix multiple times. And rejoin when new things appear that look interesting.

I hate this chit too and this one was worse than last time. they had me in the OR almost 4 hours. Stuck a tube down my throat so it's hard to swallow. somehow I scratched the chit out of my left eye while I was under too :shakes head:

Four wisdom teeth came out today.

They didn't give me hydros...just amoxicillin, ibuprofen, and tramadol :shakes head:

Oh well. Surgery went well, feeling fine about 7 hours after. Occasional pills and a lot of gauze--bleeding hasn't stopped yet LOL.

Hope everyone is well this evening :tiphat:

Bleeding is better than a dry socket. Don't spit, drink through straw, etc. They told you I am sure.
