Morning 'itcheZ!

Was perusing homes nearby. Real nice one with standalone six car garage (it has it's own gaZebo!) Is on the market for 1.25. Seems doable. Finance it with one of those EW-ARMs and it'll be just gravy.

I sold my other house a few months back to a lady who is 86. She financed with a 30 year loan from a bank... :bowrofl:

At what point to you worry about the top of the motorhome not being able to support the weight? ....just curious

( I have a similar concern for my solid pool cover top too )

I don't. You can walk on the roof. If it does come down. I got insurance on it.

The last GOOD snow we had was back in '94. Had 44" sitting on my deck. :rofl2: Everything since then has been a dusting. :shakes head:

Mine likes to play fetch and kinda thinks she's a dog.

She eats the dog's food all the time and I get the 'hang-dog' look from the dog....
"Dad, she's eating my food again".. :rofl2::rofl2:

Okay, which one of you IT geeks hacked into the Forward Air freight system and crashed it? It would have been nice if you had told me you were gonna do that, I could have stayed home...:shakes head::shakes head:

Found out this morning that their system is down nation-wide and they don't know when it will be back online. They won't release any freight until it's back online and the folks here in Portland are having to do their job(s) manually. It looks like I'm heading back to KC and I'll have to make another trip back out here. :icon14::icon14:

With interest rates the way they are, that's not necessarily a bad decision
