Via 313 here in Austin makes some seriously legit Detroit style pizza. I won't be surprised if I start seeing them in other cities and states in a few years.

Homeslice is another local pizza joint that does NY style very well. In addition to the traditional pizza, they also have a great Sicilian pizza and NY style wings.

Conan's does the proper deep dish, too.

They are all fuckin delicious. You're just missing out if you don't think so.
