I personally think it's ugly, and makes me appreciate my 370Z that much more. This proto just doesn't flow and looks forced, for lack of better words. Despite having years to prepare, it seems as if the proto was put together half-@$$ed and at the last minute. I do like the wheels though. The front reminds me of a variation of an s2k, and the proportions just don't seem right between the front and the back when looking from the side (too long of a nose and too short of an @$$). Car doesn't look aggressive and looks like it's smiling (picture teeth where the grill is).

Carlos Ghosn is probably laughing his @$$ off right now looking at this concept.

I need to see it in a different color. I hope the color is just making me not like parts of it. And they dropped the ball with the tail lights. Tried to go z32 ended up looking like a mustang :icon14:

Yeah, like the retro doesn’t exactly flow on the new Z :ugh2:
It’s got some good views, but appears some of the throwback stuff took away the Muscled up Steroid look :iagree:

It's... ok. I'm not prepared to say I hate it yet, until I see what they do with the final design, and seeing it in person may change my opinion. I wasn't a huge fan of either the 350z or the 370z initially, but they grew on me and now I think the 370 has gorgeous lines.

The interior upgrades seemed nice. But I'm sticking with the 370z for quite a while - and like Madwi, it'd still be nice to get my hands on a 300zx tt!

Really disappointed nissan eliminated the digital gauge clock on the proto z. Come on man!!! :icon14:

44F with a high of 80F. Foggy as chit out.

My thought's on the Proto.

It's a reskinned 370Z.

Bet if you compare shadow outlines of it and the 370. The roofline would be almost the same. Might be a little different on the hatch .

The interior looks the same with updates.

Like the rims.

Like the brake calipers. 6/4 set up.

Like the outside door handles.

The bottom of the front bumper needs help. Too much of an angle up.

Headlights need redone.

Hoping they keep the 370 wheel wells.

I want details about the drivetrain.

The rear needs some help.
