Here too. Some years just tshirt and orange vest, other years I watched everyone freeze out in the field from the comfy of my buddies farm house. His mom and I would drink hot chocolate and call the others dummies. :rofl2:

First Friday of the week. Taking tomorrow off for a doctor visit and then off to the track to see Tanner Foust.

My first car was a 1949 Chrysler Windsor... that cost me $50...

We had to tow it home because the previous owner had 'rebuilt' the carb and it wouldn't run. Turns out the tang on the float was holding the needle valve shut and the float was sitting on the bottom of the bowl. :icon14: Minor adjustment of the float tang, and it ran great.

Huge trunk and a nice sized back seat.... that I never got to use...

The hazards of being the oldest, I got all the restrictions (no dating until senior year, no prom, etc) :shakes head::shakes head:

Second car was a 1967 Chevelle Malibu 2 door with 325/327 and a powerslide. I wish I still had both cars.... :owned:

First car was a Cobalt SS/TC. Fun little econo shytbox. Had the g85 package so it came with a boost gauge, LSD, and bigger brembos. Ended up swapping the turbo for a borg 256ET and the thing pushed about 350hp. 100k miles and the heat shield disintegrated which chipped into the transmission and I didn't want to spend a few grand repairing it. ended up with that POS 2013 Civic Si.

Steelers have a habit of playing down to the other team's level.
