A lot of things become more palatable to EW when someone else is buying.

Generic lactaid. The type with 9,000 FCC lactose units per capsule. I get 'em off amazon.

To celebrate on having Christmas done. I'm having a nice big bowl of walnut ice cream with some chocolate syrup on top. :yum:

Leingod 12-07-2020 09:13 PM

Debating on ordering a new pair of glasses. Current ones are pushing 5 years old.

Titrate and see how many you need. Your body gets conditioned to the pills and you end up needing more. I take 10 for two NY-style slices.

Picked up an espresso machine and a shun paring knife for Susan for Xmas. She fell in love with my chefs knife years ago, so I got her a very practical beginner knife last Xmas. Since she's gotten comfortable with that, figured she could handle a top quality pairing knife to truly start out with.

The espresso machine... I made sure it had 15 par of pressure and came with a frother. Most I know about those devices.

You need a new pair every year. Especially when your stupid face is staring at screens all day.

Thanks for the advice. I'll probably run the gauntlet with a pint of ice cream and a few tablets to see how I respond. I'll fall back on gas x and imodium if things turn dire.

Eye site hasn't changed in years thankfully and current ones are still holding strong. Tough getting frames that can wield - 5.25 and - 5.75 thst don't look like they came straight out of the 70s.

Its a guessing game for me right now. Seems no matter what I eat, it's a lot of gas. So we are just assuming it's lactose intolerance for now. I plan to start a small diet of green leafy shyt for the next week or so to see if it helps at all.

Susan picked up some probiotics pills for me to try as well.
