Of course, then again I haven't really ate or drank anything at all since mid-August... so it may not be the best diet for most people... :rofl2:

You’ll most likely be fine where you are personally but what I’m worried about is what happens if mazworks gets shutdown, or fast intentions. There are no more “for off highway use only” loopholes. Imagine a $37500 per set of lth and tt kits sold by FI for example combined with having to cover the state’s legal fees plus Cali’s state level penalties on top of that.

The epa “graciously” said they aren’t going to retroactively go after anyone yet assuming they get immediate compliance. The little companies and tuning markets have flown under the radar so far historically but I fear that’s changing now.

Here's the thing:

F.I.'s products have been illegal in CA for some years. Says on their website that their products aren't legal in the People's Republic. They're an interstate manufacturer/seller; CA's azz-pump regs can't stop them. The diesel EPA issue is far removed from our gasoline builds - for now. Who knows what the next administration will bring?

F that noise. When you domesticate a species and make it dependent on you, you have a moral obligation to support it.

Not sure what all years the Cold War was, but I know that Rusty always tells me that growing up during WW1 wasn’t exactly a piece of cake either.

T-106; .. as in the infamous Sears 106. A spartan street legal motorcycle that was sold out of the Sears catalog for maybe $195 in about 1967 or so... all the cool kids got one.

I was maybe 7 Or 8 when my cousin got one. It was a powerful thing, maybe boasting 10 horses or so...

Breathe real deep about 5 or 6 times through your nose. It will go away.

In grade school. We used to have bomb drills monthly. One week we would practice "Duck and Cover". That's where you went under your desk and covered your head. The following week. We would all go down to the lowest part of the building. Line up against a wall, then sit on the floor with our heads between our knees. Got to watch a whole bunch of black and white 35mm films on the atomic bomb. Fun times. Kids now a days would chit their panty's. :shakes head:

Dang, I had forgot about that... I was in Midland, Michigan in a small brick school, “Glasgow Elementary” (grades 1 to 3) and monthly we had to sit in the hall with our heads down between our knees... :icon17:

That was back in the day when each morning we all stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag that was hanging in our classroom.

All I really remember about the 3rd grade is that this fat girl named Lisa Larson would lift her shirt up on the playground and let all of us pint sized playboys cop a quick feel when the playground lady was a looking the other way... ...In retrospect, I dont even think it was a boob, just fat...

...I kinda wonder how ‘ole Lisa is doing these days, I would just about guess that she grew up to be a biggun...

Re: kids today, yeah it'd probably start off that way. You'd have a huge number of people wailing and whining, but after a little while, you might start to see a spine emerge in some of them. My Polish ex used to talk about that a lot. Since she was in Poland while it was still a communist country, she remembered standing in lines for things like rationed shoes, tp, other essentials. Said that many of the people there were unbelievably strong, solid, resourceful - you had to be to survive. Fast forward 30 years, and the next generation was comparatively weak and coddled.

Environment plays a huge part in our development. One of the greatest gifts my parents gave me was in allowing me to fail. They'd give me advice, but let me **** up.

tl;dr - morning all. Enjoy your covefe!
