Be careful if you're chewing bubble gum :tiphat:

Impressive on the bench. I'm about to hit 300 again, last time was in 2016. My bench really dropped when I shed a lot of weight, took a while to get it back. Pushing weight was much easier for me when I was over 200. I build deadlift and squat weight very easily, bench has always been more of a challenge. Currently running 9-12 miles per week.

Now my 'little' brother Joe on the other hand does multi rep sets in the 350s and is aiming for the 400 mark before he plateaus. But his legs and cardio are weaksauce.

When I was in my late 40s', early 50's I got into lifting. I'm just a little guy, 5'-7" 150lbs. I was benching sets of 250. Never went for max. Now I'd be lucky if I could do my body weight :rofl2:

At the age of 47. I put down the weights for the most part. That's when I had my hip replaced. :icon14: Didn't want to put to much weight on it. Because I don't want to go through another surgery on that hip. I would play around with the lighter weights. When the first wifey past away in 2011. I lost interest in a lot of things. :icon14:

The new hot tub cover came in. The box looked kind of big. Opened up the box and pulled the cover out. Wrong color and wrong dimensions. It's too big and the fold is wrong too. Shot them an e-mail and waiting to hear back.

It's a custom made cover. I got someone else's cover, and they got mine. :icon14: On the label on the box. It has the right color and dimensions. :icon14:
