Depends on transmission; engine will be able to withstand 25# boost easily...but a built 7A/T most likely wouldn’t live. :wtf2:
Other options are adapter & TH400,4L80e,Glide,etc....then I can push that much boost. :tup:
Otherwise gonna stay around 750’ish whp on high boost :ugh2:

Just got back from a 350mi. drive along the Mississippi in Iowa. 71 degrees out. Spent 40 minutes at around 5-6k RPMs in 3rd gear with a third of the oil cooler blocked off. Oil temp never rose above 203 :rofl2:

You should make that on 17psi of boost on your engine, no problem. I made 770hp.

Phunk said that early in that thread being unsure of the TCM and what hurdles that would take to overcome doing an at to mt swap. A guy who did that swap chimed in saying there was no issue other than the key light being on and having to press the brake instead of the clutch to start the car. Doesn't sound too far off once he has the mt swap wrapped up.

I'm going to predict Phunk will have it figured out while JC is between trans 2 and 3 :stirthepot: :rofl2:
