With the miles on your Z, and it being your dd, I’d do plugs,belt,tensioner,hoses,coolant flush,upper plenum cleansing w/new gasket,Pcv valves,power steering fluid flush & fill,remove & clean MAF’s & ck all other idler pulleys/as they may be worn & need replacement too.

You can’t always go by mileage; as driving habits & previous maintenance plays a big role....among a lot more things, proper oil & fuel quality being high on the list :tup:
